**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and book freight loads between shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trucking companies.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle rate negotiations and resolve any load or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all load details in the CRM/TMS system.
- Meet daily and monthly sales and operations targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatch** preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation and freight market (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM/TMS tools).
