1. Planning of manpower requirement (Engineers & Technicians) based on the work load.

2. Nomination of lead engineer on various jobs & also allocation of other resources such as engineer, draftsman considering the volume of work & schedule of project.

3. Periodical review of project progress with respect to project schedule & allocation of additional resources on need basis.

4. Review and Approve the design work done by the team members.

5. To provide technical help and guidance to the colleagues in the department.

6. Familiarity with all the running projects & periodical visit to sites in order to get timely feedback from client & to take corrective action as & when required.

7. To make & update engineering standards related to specification for various Civil-Structural items, design calculations, bill of material etc.

8.To take care of software need for the department

9. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

10. Training of junior engineers working under him.

**Skill / Qualification**:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience.

2. Masters in Civil-Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience.

3. 15 years of experience in the engineering consultancy company

4. Any other Certificate courses

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Civil Design: 10 years (required)
