**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dishwashing & Cleaning**:

- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
- Operate dishwashing machines, ensuring they are used according to safety standards.
- Manually wash items that cannot be machine washed.
- **Kitchen Support**:

- Clean kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
- Empty garbage and dispose of waste properly in compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks (e.g., washing vegetables, chopping, etc.).
- **Stocking & Organizing**:

- Ensure all dishes and utensils are neatly organized and easily accessible.
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and other necessary items.
- Monitor inventory levels of dishwashing detergents, cleaning agents, and other supplies, and report shortages.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and report any damages to management.
- **Team Support**:

- Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate a clean and efficient working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,410.90 - ₹21,588.30 per month
