**About Office of Student Services**:
The Office of Student Services at Anant National University works on designing, curating, and implementing the non-academic student experience on campus as well as at the residences. Student Services oversees campus life, residence life, university-wide events, on-campus jobs, student wellbeing, student governance and committees, branding, outreach, and alumni relations, among others. We strive to create a thriving student experience at par with the best across institutions.

**Reporting to**:
Mr Rohan Chougale, Sr Manager, Student Services

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Documenting events and student life activities through photography and videography.
- Producing teasers, trailers, and aftermovies for events and other Office of Student Services (OSS) purposes.
- Providing support in event management and technical assistance for activities.
- Maintaining a repository of all multimedia documentation.
- Ensuring the display of student life activities on campus through exhibitions, tag boards, etc.

- Ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Ability to think innovatively and generate engaging content.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
