As BOLIA’s Compliance & Sustainability Data Coordinator will you take part in securing master data for our all our designs and the supply chain. You will be responsible for securing and validating data according to our product and supplier requirements e.g. datasheets, certifications, test documentation and due diligence processes. You will be an integrated part in product development, quality, compliance, sustainability and will collaborate across BOLIA both internally and externally.
**Your Tasks**:
Daily communication and collaboration with manufactures and partners
Preparation of data overview to ensure collection of necessary data
Responsibility for data collection, validation and structured management of data
Ensuring the delivery, archiving and proofreading of product documents and product manuals
Securing data is compliant with BOLIA´s guidelines
Secure all data is updated on all BOLIA platforms
Implementation of new data initiatives in collaboration with manufactures
Proofreading product related documents such as product manuals, care labels and packaging to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
Secure data is updated and maintained related to BSCI, FSC, EU Eco label and EUDR
Handling daily ad hoc tasks, including answering questions from customers and B2B partners
