**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Design and implement load and performance tests.
- Monitor and maintain test environments and automation frameworks.
- Provide clear and concise test reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation and software testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
