Ensure patient health care records are maintained and accurate
- Administer medications to patients based on conditions and symptoms.
- Order clinical and medical diagnostic exams and tests.
- Take patient vital signs.
- Record patient medical history.
- Work with other nurses and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Counsel patients and family members on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Take vital signs and start IVs for patients.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment.
- Ensure all medical equipment used is up-to-date and functions properly.
- Document all actions and any irregularities so that other nursing teams are aware of the current state of the patient.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
