**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Qikberry’s offerings.
**Market Research**:
- Identify potential markets and customer needs.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
**Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold callings.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales targets, preferably in the technology or AI/software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (must English & Hindi)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
