**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at The Raigad Group in Bangalore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve active participation in sales meetings, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Experience in the industrial gas, steel fabrication, or related industries
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
