**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and define usage of the MFA tools in the enterprise implementation
- Issue, gaps data analysis, perform root cause analysis and create plans for remediation in partnership with enterprise teams
- Acting as a Senior Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release trail
- Establish team level cadence and drive team level events in alignment with Program level cadences established Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good agile practices
- Be a change agent and foster a “learn by doing” environment
- Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
- Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate
- Facilitate management of the Scrum Team’s dependencies between the program team and third parties
- Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
- Track and manage project execution in accordance with company’s delivery and financial management practices
- Drive communication on changes to scope with program team (Product, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Engineering teams and other stakeholders)
- Share Sprint and PI level expected outcomes with program team through tools like Aha and Rally
- Based on Expected outcomes and Value delivered, manage the program timeline and communicate the changes
- Share value delivered by program team with at the end of Sprint and PI through leadership reports
- Escalate risk and dependencies in appropriate forums in timely fashion and track the same to closure
- Meet program financial objectives and targets by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
- Host and/or participate in scrum ceremonies like PI planning, Grooming, Solutioning, Retrospectives, etc.
- Establish, monitor and report key leading and lagging performance indicators to ensure near real-time program transparency for key stakeholders
- Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work
- Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management
- Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs
- Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services
- Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance
- Release management
- Impact of work is most often at the operational or local business unit or market level

**Required Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, including delivering modern solutions
- Experience managing developer backlogs
- Experience capturing Agile metrics: Spring Burndown, Burnup, Velocity, Scope Creep
- Knowledge of Security - Application Security and Risk Management, Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance
- Knowledge of Engineering Practices: Agile (Scrum)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
- Exposure to MFA tools and enterprise experience using Cloud Service Providers: Azure, AWS, GCP
- High energy and self-motivated professional with strong, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
