Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Scrum Master (8+ years)
with strong expertise in
Agile practices and Windchill PLM projects
. The candidate will lead multiple Agile teams, ensure delivery excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive Windchill-based implementations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for
    Windchill PLM development & implementation teams
    .
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective).
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to prioritize Windchill requirements.
  • Remove impediments and foster a
    high-performance, self-organizing Agile team
    .
  • Ensure effective delivery of
    Windchill upgrades, customization, integration, and migration projects
    .
  • Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown) and provide progress reports to leadership.
  • Mentor team members and support Agile transformation at program level.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of total experience
    , with at least
    5+ years as a Scrum Master
    .
  • Strong background in
    Windchill PLM (implementation, customization, upgrade, or support projects)
    .
  • Proven experience leading
    Agile/DevOps teams
    in product development or PLM domain.
  • Expertise in
    Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
    .
  • Hands-on with tools like
    Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
    .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications:
    CSM / PSM II (or higher), SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
