**Position**:
Our B2B Support team is expanding, and we are looking for a Facility In-charge ready to work night shifts. You will be responsible for work facilities' security, maintenance, and services to ensure they meet the team's needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with Office Management and Day shift Facility In-charge in maintaining the stock records related to Facilities, Pantry, Office Stationery, and First Aid.
- Ensuring the office and pantry is clean at any time. Performing deep cleaning twice a month.
- Maintaining AMCs of Pest control, Air conditioner, and Fire system.
- Coordinating with vendors.
- Assisting and supporting the B2B team as required.
- Coordinating with the day shift Facility In-charge to ensure smooth operation of the office.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- A high degree of organisation skills with an ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Corporate presentation and a friendly and positive outlook
