We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team imemdiately

As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and compelling content for our social media channels to drive brand awareness and increase our online presence. Your passion for storytelling, understanding of the industry, and ability to create visually appealing content will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and curate high-quality and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, to share on LinkedIn and Instagram. Content should focus on tech industry trends, career advice, company culture, and job opportunities.
- Brand Identity: Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines to maintain a consistent and recognizable presence across social media platforms.
- Hashtags and Keywords: Utilize relevant hashtags and keywords to optimize content discoverability and increase organic reach on both LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using social media analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, suggesting improvements and adjustments to enhance engagement and reach.
- Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve our content strategy and keep our channels fresh and innovative.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually captivating assets and support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify potential tech influencers and thought leaders to partner with, increasing the company's exposure to a wider audience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,050.62 - ₹15,000.00 per month
