**The Position: Architect - **The key responsibilities include close collaboration with construction teams, coordination with project consultants, meticulous review of drawings before construction commences, providing technical support to in-house teams, and overseeing in-house architectural scopes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Project Design and Development
- Participation in the planning and design of architectural projects.
- Development of detailed drawings, models, and plans using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

2. Project Management Ownership
- Coordination with project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.
- Effective management of project timelines and deliverables.

- Staying updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
