**Job Description: Admission Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Provide detailed information about programs, courses, and specializations offered by the institution.
- Assist students in identifying suitable courses based on their interests, career goals, and academic qualifications.
- **Admission Support**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students to complete the admission process.
- Address any queries or concerns related to eligibility, scholarships, or course content.
- **Outreach and Relationship Building**:

- Conduct educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote the institution's offerings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system or database.
- Generate reports on admission statistics and trends to help refine recruitment strategies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing complaints or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Provide post-admission support to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in admissions counseling or sales is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and provide personalized guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
