**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for financial products.
- Explain loan products clearly and build interest over call.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with backend and sales team for lead closure.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus

**Job Type**:Full-time
**Salary**:Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
