**Typical Tasks**:
- Answering the phone and quickly determining whether it's an internal or external call and what action is required
- Reviewing a schedule and identifying gaps, overlaps or conflicts
- Booking travel arrangements including flights, airfares, accommodation and ground transportation
**Skillset**:
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Always available.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Client services experience a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
