We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy **Personal Assistant** to work closely with the Founders of Roth Pets. This role involves managing **administrative, operational, and coordination tasks**, ensuring the Founders' time is optimized and business priorities are met efficiently. You’ll serve as a key support system — balancing professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Manage the Founder’s **daily schedule**, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business activities.
- Prepare **presentations, reports, and documents** as needed.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
**Business Coordination**
- Assist in **vendor management, logistics coordination, and project tracking**.
- Support in **marketing, sales, and operational follow-ups** as directed.
- Help manage **product samples, deliveries, and brand materials** when required.
- Conduct **basic research or documentation** for new business initiatives.
**Personal Assistance**
- Handle some **personal errands, travel arrangements**, and calendar planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Communications, or related field**.
- 2 years of experience as a **Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant**, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent **organization, communication, and multitasking** abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Workspace**, and scheduling tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- A **proactive, reliable, and calm problem-solver**.
- Passion for **animals and the pet industry** is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
