Oversee **Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)** - verification, entry, and documentation.
- Cross-check supplier invoices against PO and received stock.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of GRN entries in the hospital software.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers for discrepancies or urgent requirements.

**2. Stock Management**:

- Supervise and monitor **inventory levels** - avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
- Conduct regular **stock audits**, reconciliations, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain optimal storage conditions for medicines and ensure **expiry management**.
- Maintain records for **narcotics and high-value drugs** as per regulations.

**3. Team Handling**:

- Lead and manage the pharmacy team - assign tasks, guide staff, and ensure discipline.
- Train team members in SOPs, safety protocols, and hospital guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain **duty rosters** and leave schedules.
- Ensure efficient and courteous **patient service** at the pharmacy counters.

**4. Hospital Coordination**:

- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments to ensure smooth medicine supply.
- Participate in hospital audits, quality checks, and emergency preparedness.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and drug laws.
- Handle internal or external inspections related to pharmacy operations.
- **Education**: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Registered Pharmacist with valid license)
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in hospital/institutional pharmacy.
- **Skills**: GRN handling, inventory control, team supervision, software familiarity.
- **Traits**: Responsible, detail-oriented, good communicator, team leader.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Immediate joiners preferred**.
- Should be flexible for **shift duties**, emergencies, and extended hours if needed.
- Knowledge of **hospital pharmacy software** (e.g., Medismart, HIS, etc.) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per year
