**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide agronomic advice to farmers on crop selection, planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting
- Conduct field visits to monitor crop performance and diagnose issues

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and plant protection

- Excellent communication skills in local language (Gujarati/Hindi) and English
- Ability to travel extensively to rural areas and work in the field environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with digital farming tools and mobile apps is a plus

Pay: ₹12,271.53 - ₹49,252.45 per month
