Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agronomist based in Ahmedabad. As an Agronomist at Rise Hydroponics, you will be responsible for conducting research on soil science, plant nutrition, and irrigation methods to optimize hydroponic growth systems. Your daily tasks will include developing and implementing strategies for efficient plant nutrient management, overseeing crop health, and improving agricultural practices to enhance yield quality and quantity. You will also collaborate with other team members to support training and commercial project development.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in Soil Science and Agriculture and Soilless Hydroponics Farming
  • Experience in Irrigation and Plant Nutrition
  • Research skills in advanced agricultural methods
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
  • Previous experience in hydroponics or modern farming techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
