If it's from Total Environment, you can expect it to be sensitively designed, completely personal, and totally original. **Your Role in Our Story** As an F&B Executive at Windmills, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall food and beverage operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy an extraordinary dining experience. You will lead and mentor the Captains and service team, manage operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in managing and delivering all bar, restaurant, and conference food and beverage activities within the Brew Pub & Restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence. - Set an example by promoting a customer-focused culture, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. - Review monthly customer feedback and implement necessary procedural changes and team training to enhance the guest experience. - Ensure all team members adhere to current Standard Operating Procedures within the department. - Be proficient in all sections of the Food and Beverage department to provide comprehensive support where needed. - Manage and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all team members on your shift. - Oversee the effective management, motivation, training, and development of all team members employed in the bars and restaurants. - Ensure the Brew Pub and Restaurant facilities comply with all relevant health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations. - Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally secure environment. - Ensure continuous compliance with all statutory requirements related to the department's operations. **Who We Are Looking For**: - **Passion for Hospitality**: A genuine love for serving others and making their experience extraordinary. - **Leadership Skills**: The ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service. - **Sales Savvy**: A knack for promoting menu items and enhancing guest satisfaction through suggestive selling. - **Energetic & Enthusiastic**: A positive attitude and the ability to remain upbeat in a fast-paced setting. - **Operational Expertise**: Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations efficiently and effectively. - **Experience**:Proven 3 + years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of successful team management and operations oversight.
