Role Overview

Prima Art is expanding its global footprint in premium devotional gifting and spiritual art. We seek an experienced and results-Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Channel Expansion
- Identify and onboard distributors, retail partners, and eCommerce platforms in target countries
- Develop and execute region-wise export strategy for USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, etc.
- Build relationships with Indian diaspora-focused retailers and temple gift shops

2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive export sales targets and country-wise revenue plans
- Set up pricing structures, incentive programs, and MOQs with partners
- Monitor sell-through and reordering patterns

3. Export Operations & Documentation
- Manage all export documentation, shipping, customs compliance (FTA, HS codes, etc.)
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Ensure product certifications and declarations as required by destination country

4. Marketing & Representation
- Represent Prima Art at international trade shows, spiritual expos, and gifting fairs
- Work with the in-house team to localize marketing material and promotional content
- Leverage online B2B platforms and social media to generate leads

5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Prepare export business forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports
- Work closely with management to align export goals with company vision
- Monitor currency risks and suggest hedging strategies if required

Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in export sales (luxury goods, handicrafts, gifting, or jewelry preferred)
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business / Commerce / Marketing
- Knowledge: Export documentation, INCOTERMS, DGFT, shipping, B2B international sales
- Skills: Strong communication, cross-cultural negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Languages: English (mandatory), any foreign language is a plus
- Travel: Willing to travel internationally as per business needs
