TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**What your background should look like**:
ROLE OBJECTIVE
- Carrying out maintenance activities on machines and equipment. Performing periodic inspections on machinery, and equipment’s. Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work. Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working condition to maximum availability for production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing technical support for manufacturing as and when required to ensure smooth running of production.
Providing technical knowledge and training to the technicians on troubleshooting to tackle the problems in minimum time
Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources to maintain downtime within target
Planning of preventive maintenance schedules for machines & equipment’s on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Tracking and monitoring of performance with evaluating data of MTTR & MTBF against the set targets.
Tracking of Critical and non-critical spares on daily basis.
Promotion & Execution of cost saving projects in plant machineries, tools & spares.
Ensuring & retaining all the documents related to machines, spares
Responsible for create safe work environment with deep drive of LOTO and to improve machine health with implementation of TPM.
Ensure EHS compliances are met.
Responsible for Team and Manpower Management

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

BE/ B. Tec (Mechanical)
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE

Experience 2+ years in maintenance.
Previous experience building and sustaining high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
