We are committed to delivering authentic and flavorful products to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to join our team and help expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Visits**:

- Visit 20-30 retail outlets daily to promote and sell Womenia products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product placement and promotional materials are effectively displayed.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth by introducing Womenia products to new retailers and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- **Product Placement**:

- Ensure optimal placement of Womenia products in retail outlets, maximizing visibility and accessibility.
- Negotiate shelf space and promotional displays with retailers to enhance product presence.
- **Distributor Management**:

- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand Womenia’s distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent product supply and market coverage.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from retailers and distributors in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with retail partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the local market and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Working Conditions**:

- 6 days a week, with daily market visits.
- Flexible working hours based on market needs.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowances and other benefits as per company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
