Pre-primary Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based activities to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and support each child's progress, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
- Foster positive behavior and social skills through interactive play and group activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure a safe space for children at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with young children in a playway or preschool setting.
- Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles.
