We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic **Admission Counsellor** to be the first point of contact for prospective parents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging families, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your primary responsibility will be to **drive student enrollment** while maintaining a warm, informative, and supportive environment for both parents and children.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Parent Counseling**: Understand the needs of parents and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions regarding their child's education.
- **Lead Engagement & Follow-Up**: Manage outbound calls and follow up with interested parents to nurture inquiries into admissions.
- **Admission Lifecycle Management**: Support parents throughout the complete admission journey—from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in **MS Word** and **MS Excel** for reporting, documentation, and data management
**Soft Skills & Competencies**:
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proactive approach to resolving challenges or concerns raised during the admission process
- **Organization & Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to accuracy and timelines
