**Job Summary**:
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and organizing the restaurant’s inventory, making sure stock is well-kept, and helping the kitchen stay stocked with the necessary supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive and check deliveries of food and supplies.
- Store items properly to keep them fresh and safe.
- Keep track of stock levels and reorder supplies when needed.
- **Stock Organization**:

- Keep the storage area neat and organized.
- Check stock regularly and rotate items to avoid waste.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Record all deliveries and stock movements.
- Provide reports to management about inventory levels.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with the kitchen team to understand supply needs.
- Ensure timely orders to avoid stock shortages.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow food safety guidelines for storing items.
- Keep the storage area clean and safe.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a store keeper or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,961.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
