**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and accessible condition.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and deliveries using inventory management systems.
- Issue items to relevant departments (kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) based on requisitions.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize wastage and spoilage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure timely restocking.
- Ensure all storage areas meet health and safety regulations, particularly for food and beverage items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or resort.
- Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of stock items.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Store-keeping, Supply Chain, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience working with hotel inventory systems such as FMC, Materials Control, or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
