As an Ecommerce Executive at Daamaira, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing product listings, online campaigns, order fulfillment, and maintaining strong customer relationships through our digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**: Oversee and update product listings on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images that reflect the luxury quality of our products.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor website performance and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the ecommerce experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels and ensure the website is updated with current product availability.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury goods or home decor industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and basic web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
