**We are #hiring for the role of Receptionist for the Worli location.**
Industry Preferred: Hospitality, Aviation
Experience required: 1-2 yrs
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience. Manage hospitality, including restocking the fridge before board meetings. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. Maintain and organize meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for scheduled appointments. Schedule and track meetings while staying informed about upcoming appointments. Direct visitors to appropriate meeting rooms and coordinate logistics as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mails, letters, and packages efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor. Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain soft-spoken and approachable. Well-organized with great attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
