**Job Title: Academic Resources Coordinator - [Andhra Pradesh/Tamil Nadu]**

**Location**: Remote (Andhra Pradesh / Tamil Nadu)

**Job Type**: Freelance / Part-time
**Compensation**:Rs 8,000 - Rs 10,000 per month (performance-based)
**Time Commitment**: Approx. 6-8 hours/week (1 hour/day)

**About the Role**

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with strong academic networks to support our academic content operations across universities in **Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu**. Your core responsibility will be to track, collect, organize, and update official university question papers, syllabi, and academic circulars from designated universities in your state.

This role is ideal for **PG students, MPhil scholars, Junior Lecturers, Guest Faculty**, or **college office staff** who is active in the academic ecosystem and looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Regularly monitor official websites and notices of assigned universities
- Download and organize:

- Semester-wise question papers (latest and archived)
- Updated syllabus PDFs (course/semester-wise)
- Exam circulars, timetables, academic calendars
- Upload documents to shared Google Drive using a standardized naming format
- Maintain a weekly log sheet indicating:

- Which universities were checked
- Documents collected
- Pending or ongoing downloads
- Notify the core team of major academic changes (e.g., syllabus updates, new question patterns, etc.)
- Collaborate with our editorial team in case content clarification is required

**Eligibility Criteria**
- PG / MPhil / PhD students OR
- Junior lecturers / Guest faculty OR
- College office staff / CMS operators
- Familiarity with academic resources, university websites, and Google Drive
- Basic skills in documentation (Excel, PDFs)
- Self-organized and reliable
- Strong local academic network is a plus
