**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) to manufacture cutting tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.
- Perform tool changes, setups, and calibration of machines.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Document production data and report any machine or product issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator; freshers with relevant education are also welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary**: As per interview performance and experience.
- **Location**: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.
