**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Implementation**: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the Montessori approach and adhere to the educational standards for Grades 6 to 12.

Incorporate hands-on, practical learning experiences that promote conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

**Student-Centered Teaching**: Guide students in their learning journey by facilitating individualized and collaborative work. Track individual progress and provide constructive feedback

**Classroom Management**: Maintain a structured and stimulating classroom environment that supports student independence. Promote a positive and inclusive environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence.

**Progress Assessment & Parent Communication**: Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and communicate progress to parents, and school management.

**Collaboration and Contribution**: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to plan interdisciplinary projects and activities. Contribute to school events, activities, and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Science, related field.
- Engineering/ Science Graduates with a passion for teaching can apply
- Montessori teaching certification (preferred) and freshers with a passion to learn the Montessori Philosophy are welcome.
- **Experience**:

- Proven teaching experience with Grades 6 to 12, preferably in a Montessori or progressive education setting.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to teach advanced topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with adolescents.
- Fresh Graduates with a passion for teaching Math/ Retired personnel can apply.
