Position: Secondary Mathematics Teacher

Qualification: B.Ed. with a strong background in Mathematics

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years (or more) of teaching experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for secondary classes (Grades 6-10).
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
  • Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
  • Utilize technology and modern teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Conduct periodic assessments, analyze student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage student participation in mathematics-related activities, competitions, and projects.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in faculty meetings, training, and workshops.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school management regarding academic progress and challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in secondary-level mathematics.
  • Ability to teach using interactive and student-centric methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Experience with technology-integrated teaching, including smart boards and digital resources.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
