**Content Producer, International Resources**

**Job description**:
You will manage the content of products through the editorial and digital project stages: development edit, copy edit, proofread, digital builds and releases. You may also support Product Managers on researching and proposing new product ideas.

You’ll work with a mix of internal and external people from different teams to ensure the content is

created on time, to budget and meets our content and quality guidelines.

You will report into the Content and Learning Team Manager.

**Your day-to-day tasks may include**:

- Development of educational content to support teaching and learning for international markets
- Editorial tasks including briefing and managing freelancers and checking quality of work
- Creation of content workflows to ensure on time and to budget delivery of accurate content
- Use of content creation tools to make corrections, changes and manage any discrepancies as they arise
- Ensuring quality is maintained at various steps through content production
- General service management responsibilities such as making changes, answering customer queries, gathering feedback and evidence from our customers
- Building marketing knowledge and insights. including a working knowledge of the pedagogy of products or services
- Author management, commissioning and feedback

**You will be responsible for**:

- Establishing schedule, managing budget, and ensuring agreed upon project goals, milestones, and quality targets are met.
- Identifying, engaging and managing vendors
- Supports vendors to ensure successful production and delivery of projects, according to specified objectives around cost, time and quality.
- Communicate across cross-functional teams re the end-to-end workflow related to production of courseware products.
- Resolve bottlenecks, with mínimal guidance, by communicating a big picture understanding of interconnecting components for a particular courseware product
- Flagging areas of improvement in terms of production flow or relationships with vendors and content creators in order to increase efficiency or reduce costs.

**Qualifications**
- Essential:

- Master's or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of job experience required, preferably in full-service academic publishing (editorial, digital strategy, end-to-end project management).
- Desired:

- Digital content/product management experience.
- Professional Project Management Certification (or equivalent).
