Job Description Job Description - Develop & execute effective and innovative content strategies and campaigns to support our esports tournaments and events - Oversee the creation and distribution of all content assets and deliverables in collaboration with production partners, internal creative teams and external partners - Produce high quality esports gameplay content to engage esports audience - Analyse esports marketing campaigns effectiveness and generate unique insights that can help us understand our esports players better - Broadcast show flow owner, including content that should play on live broadcast - Manage esports talent and influencers development, including building relationships and programs to engage with the esports ecosystem Job Requirements - 4 years of working experience in esports related role - Should have a creative content mindset, and be able to think of interesting and novel content for esports audience - Should have a sold understand of esports broadcast, ideally should have insights on broadcast for various games, not limited to FFM - Fluent in English and Hindi - Should be a gamer and have a strong passion for gaming
