Control-M Scheduler / Workflow Automation Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and configure Control-M jobs, folders, dependencies, calendars, and SLAs
- Translate business logic into schedulable, auditable workflows
- Create and manage job flows using best practices
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing in lower environments
- Support and validate production deployments and handoffs
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and job definitions
- Collaborate with app teams, operators, and Control-M admins

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Control-M experience (v9+)
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with production promotion lifecycle

Understanding of enterprise workload orchestration and SLA enforcement
Strong troubleshooting documentation and cross team communication skills
