About Us: Elemantra is creating a presence in the contracting space that caters to the interior designing needs of high end residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a passionate telecaller to bring more and more professionals on our mobile app and create a strong vendor base. Elemantra seeks a skilled and passionate telecaller with exceptional communication skills to join its team and assist in its mission to revolutionize the interior designing and contracting space in India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details
- Calling active and budding professionals to download and install the app
- Follow the SOPs, increase the number of app downloads/users, and improve the feedback mechanism for the app
- Noting and recording important details of each conversation, whether successful or unsuccessful
- Updating the documentation and the team on a regular basis
- Manage marketing channels like Bulk WhatsApp, Facebook Ads insights and so on
- Maintaining the MIS for the team to stay updated on the progress Requirements:

- Prior experience as a telecaller
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to switch communication styles
- Great interpersonal, research, and record
- keeping skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints & feedback
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and basic computer skills
- Experience in interior designing and architecture space is highly preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage
