Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle incoming calls** from potential dealers and respond to their inquiries.
- **Make outbound calls** to potential dealers to introduce ASHMA Motors' dealership opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about dealership requirements, investment details, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested dealerships to guide them through the onboarding process.
- Maintain an updated database of dealership inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team for dealership meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional representation of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **tele calling, customer service, or sales** (preferably in the automobile industry).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling dealership-related queries and objections.
- Ability to work independently and follow up efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
