The Data Entry / Store Associate is responsible for accurately entering data related to inventory, products, and materials in the store or warehouse. This position supports the manufacturing process by ensuring that all product and material information is updated, tracked, and maintained in the system. The role also involves assisting with the organization and management of stock, materials, and supplies in the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately input inventory and product data into the company's inventory management system (ERP, or other software).
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Update data on materials, supplies, and components, ensuring correctness and timeliness.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders and track stock levels.
- Verify and reconcile physical stock with system records, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory status and material usage.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track the movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods in the manufacturing process.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits as needed.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials in the store/warehouse.
- Manage material receipts, storage, and distributions to production departments.
- **Store Operations**:

- Organize and maintain the store area, ensuring items are properly stored and easy to locate.
- Assist in managing stock rotation to prevent material obsolescence.
- Work with the store manager to reorder stock and materials as required.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials or products from suppliers or to manufacturing units.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing needs.
- Report any discrepancies in data or stock levels to the supervisor or store manager.
- Liaise with the purchasing and procurement team to ensure accurate material availability.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure all data entered complies with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company health and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, or warehouse roles preferred, especially within a manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software (ERP, SAP, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical inventory tasks (e.g., lifting, moving boxes).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
