**Technical Experience**:

- **5 years of experience in Wordpress VIP platform implementation with ReactJS for 1-2 projects**:

- **Should have strong experience in PHP, plugin development for WordPress VIP and WordPress Block Editor extension experience**:

- **Must have technical experience in front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery and ReactJS**:

- **Should have experience in leading/managing the team**:

- **Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
