Job Description Developer

Core Knowledge

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) – Strong understanding of modern JavaScript features.
  • Expertise – Deep knowledge of React and its core principles (e.g., virtual DOM, component lifecycle).
  • State Management – Experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
  • Component-Based Architecture – Ability to create reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

Frontend Development

  • HTML5 & CSS3 – Strong understanding of semantic HTML, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design.
  • CSS-in-JS or Preprocessors – Experience with Styled Components, Emotion, SASS, or Tailwind CSS.
  • UI Libraries – Familiarity with Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

Advanced Concepts

  • Hooks & Functional Components – Proficiency in using React hooks like useState, useEffect, useContext.
  • React Router – Experience with client-side routing and navigation.
  • Performance Optimization – Knowledge of lazy loading, memoization (useMemo, ), and optimizing re-renders.
  • Testing – Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Backend & Full-Stack Skills (Optional but Preferred)

  • RESTful APIs & GraphQL – Ability to consume APIs and handle data fetching efficiently.
  • & – Basic backend development skills for full-stack roles.
  • Database Knowledge – Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MySQL.
