Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing:

- Receive, review, and process export orders in accordance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
- Documentation:

- Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists certificates of origin, and other required shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements of destination countries.
- Logistics Coordination:

- Collaborate with logistics providers to arrange and monitor the transportation of goods.
- Track shipments and communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Compliance:

- Stay informed about international trade regulations and ensure compliance with export control laws.
- Assist in obtaining necessary licenses and permits for international shipments.
- Customer Support:

- Respond to inquiries from international customers regarding shipping, documentation, and other export-related matters.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to export orders.
- Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including sales contracts, shipping details, and compliance documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export operations or international trade is preferred.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, INCO terms, and international shipping procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹8,664.71 - ₹31,132.49 per month
