EPCM Service and Supply Private Limited is excited to announce openings for the role of Machine Operator - Plastic Extruder. We are looking to fill the following positions:
1. Number of Positions: 2

2. Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

3. Compensation: Competitive salary, up to 3.6 LPA

4. Preferred Joining Date: Immediate

5. Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Plastic or Polymer Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator specialising in Plastic Extrusion, primary duties will include:
1. Operating and Monitoring : You will be responsible for the operation and continuous monitoring of the plastic extrusion process to ensure optimal performance.

2. Quality Control : Maintaining high-quality standards is essential. You will ensure that the extruded products consistently meet predefined specifications.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the extruder machine will be a critical part of your role, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.

4. Routine Procedures : You will perform routine maintenance and cleaning procedures to keep the equipment in excellent working condition.

Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience as a plastic extruder machine operator, ideally between 2 to 6 years.

2. A strong understanding of extrusion processes and principles, demonstrating technical proficiency in this area.

3. Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques to uphold product standards.

4. Excellent mechanical aptitude coupled with strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve any machine issues effectively.

5. The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

1. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, enhancing control over production processes.

2. A Diploma or a Degree in Plastic Engineering, providing you with the academic background necessary for this technical role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
