We design and produce precision-engineered silicone tubes, profiles, and seals used across diverse industries.Role Overview:We are looking for a Tool Room Engineer with strong knowledge of silicone extrusion tooling to manage die design, development, and maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with production, R&D, and QC teams to ensure smooth extrusion performance and accurate product dimensions.Key Responsibilities:-Design and develop extrusion dies and tooling using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.-Conduct tool trials, performance checks, and corrective maintenance.-Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for new tool development.-Maintain tool design records and ensure dimensional accuracy through proper QC.-Troubleshoot tooling issues related to extrusion flow or die alignment.Candidate Requirements:-ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.-2–5 years of experience in tool room or die design, preferably in silicone or rubber extrusion.-Hands-on with lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines.-Familiar with GD&T, tolerances, and measuring instruments.-Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a must.Preferred:-Experience in silicone extrusion dies (platinum or peroxide-cured).-Knowledge of CAD/CAM or CNC tooling processes.Apply Now:Email your resume to with the subject lineApplication for Tool Room Engineer – Silicone Extrusion.
