**Experience-2 to 5 years**

**Qualification
- B.E./M.Tech (Computer/IT), BCA, MCA**

**Roles & Responsibilities-**

1. Operating Systems:

- Proficiency in Desktop & Server Operating system (e.g., Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.)
- Basic knowledge of command-line interfaces and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

2. Networking:

- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with SSL VPNs and remote access solutions for work from home

3. Hardware:

- Knowledge of PC hardware, servers, and peripherals.
- Ability to perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.

4. Software and Applications:

- Experience with common office use software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Skype, Microsoft teams, Visual studio, Angular, React & Database Server (e.g., MySQL, MSSql) Webserver configuration (e.g., IIS Server & Apache Server).

5. Security:

- Experience with antivirus and anti-malware tools. ( Endpoint security)
- Knowledge of Attendance System & CCTV

6. Virtualization and Cloud:

- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

7. Backup and Recovery:

- Knowledge of backup solutions and procedures.
- Ability to perform data recovery tasks.
