Responsibilities:
1. Excellent Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ensure clear and concise articulation of information regarding services.

2. Handle Queries:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about services and address customer concerns.
- Effectively manage and address client escalations, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach

3. Cold Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating interest in our services.
- Introduce and promote our offerings to create leads and opportunities.

4. Inbound Calling:

- Receive and handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or assistance.
- Guide customers through the resolution of their queries and provide relevant information.

5. Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture potential opportunities.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and generating leads.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
