One World Vastu is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary role will be to follow up on leads that have shown interest in our Vastu courses and services. You will make outbound calls, attend inbound inquiries, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Follow-up Calls**: Reach out to potential students and clients who have expressed interest in pursuing Vastu courses.
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospects, explain course details, answer their queries, and encourage them to enroll.
- **Inbound Calls**: Attend and manage incoming calls, providing information about our courses and services.
- **Lead Management**: Keep a detailed record of every call, including the prospect’s details, follow-up schedule, and course interest.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer queries, provide information, and ensure a smooth and helpful customer experience.
- **Report Generation**: Regularly update management on lead conversion, call status, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Female Tele Caller with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month depending on experience, plus incentives based on lead conversions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
