**M&E & Imapct Reporting Officer**

**Job Purpose** - As a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) & Impact Reporting Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization's projects are effectively monitored, evaluated, and reported on. You will work closely with various teams to design and implement M&E frameworks, collect and analyze data, and produce insightful reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive M&E frameworks tailored to each project's objectives and indicators.
- Manage databases and data collection tools to ensure accurate and timely data entry, storage, and retrieval.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project performance against targets and objectives, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of project interventions, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on project progress, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned for internal and external stakeholders.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Environmental Science.
- Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and software.
- Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, tools, and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹327,000.00 per year
